hi there, Our company current has 4x windows 2000 domain controllers. One of the domain controllers is also the exchange 2000 server. We also run BES 4.1 I'm looking to migrate to exchange 2007 and was wondering what the best strategy is. I was thinking of creating a new Win2008r2 server and making that a domain controller. Then migrating DNS, DHCP etc to run from this server. Create a new win2008/exchange 2007 server Migrating the mailboxes over one-by-one. Can anyone see a problem with this? Cheers for any advice, Al

Everything looks good to me, I would like to point at BB, you are running 4.1 and currently it's running 5.3. I would suggest to upgrade it to 5.1 at least. Install Exchange 2007 SP3 will all the Rollup's. It works fine with 2007. I worked on several projects and didn't see any issue. Hi, Your migration strategy sounds good. You need to confirm the compatibility between Exchange 2007 and BES 4.1.
